Frugality Is The New Prosperity

Character is forged under pressure. This is true for people. And for nations. What is now called “The Great Recession” certainly qualifies as pressure. The downward forces of economics caused many of us to push the restart button on our actions. Lo and behold, instead of feeling bad about things we can’t control, we start to feel good about the things we can. Looking back a mere year ago, what seemed like necessary excellence now often seems like unnecessary extravagance.
